Shipping & Return Policy

Risham is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship locally through Delhivery, DTDC & Bluedart and India Post for International. If you have a preferred logistics vendor please mail us and we will do our best to accommodate it.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your payment for the order. Please expect delivery within 5-7 working days of dispatch, depending on the delivery location inside India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

What are the shipping charges within India ? 

We charge a flat shipping of Rs 100 for every prepaid order and Rs 150 for COD. We also run campaigns where we give Free Shipping to our customers.  Note: Shipping is not charged on individual items, only once for the order. 

What are the International Shipping Charges and Delivery Timeline?

We charge a flat shipping of Rs.1700.00 for International Shipping. Note: Shipping is not charged on individual items, only once for the order. 

We Ship through India Post or any other reputed courier companies. An international order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of order placement. It takes about 10-15 working days for the shipment to reach across continents once the order is shipped.

Any Import Duties on the package is to be borne by the Recipient. Risham Jewelry won't bear any Import charges in the destination country.

Returns

Risham takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity of our pieces. It is important for us that you wear them with love and pride.

If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with the jewelry that you have purchased, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of purchase- unworn and in its original packaging for full refund. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded.

When returning items to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your items using trackable methods to ensure safe delivery.  Returns are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

However, despite our stringent quality checks, if you receive a defective piece, we would either replace it for you while paying for return shipping or refund the entire amount- including shipping charges. Our jewelry has been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.

Repairs 

Risham stands behind her work.  If, over the course of your ownership of an Risham piece, it should become damaged, we offer a repair service.  Repair fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.  For repairs please email team@shoprisham.com.
