4. Are the beads and materials sustainable?
We use ethically sourced materials and sustainable practices wherever possible, keeping our designs mindful of both quality and the environment. Our beaded jewelry is made in glass beads with stainless steel and brass components.

6. Is this made with real silver/gold?
We use 92.5 Sterling Silver with 22Kt and 18kt gold plating
7. Will this tarnish or fade over time?
Our gold-plated silver jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure durability. Proper care will help retain its shine and finish for years. Over a period of time the plating will dull. You can send it back to us for re-plating at a minimul cost.

8.How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders within India typically take 5–7 business days to arrive. International orders may take 10–15 business days.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check our shipping policies for more details. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
10.What if the package is lost in transit?
If your product is lost in transit inside India we offer you the choice of a refund or re-ship. We are not responsible for lost in transit for international orders.
11.What if the product is damaged in transit?
If your product is damaged in transit we will pick it back from you and offer you the choice of a refund or re-ship a new product once we receive it back.
12.Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
13.What if my order is delayed?
We strive to deliver on time, but if there’s a delay, you’ll be notified via email. For urgent assistance, contact our customer support team.

Returns and Exchanges
19. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable. Once we receive the product back in the same condition we will initiate the refund (less shipping charges).
20. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible for certain items. Reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll assist you.
21. What if my product arrives damaged?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
